Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce-based process optimization and platform governance. You will own the Salesforce product backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, and partner with IT, architecture, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, enabling automation opportunities, and ensuring user adoption across Salesforce and ArrowSphere ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
