Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership to drive automation and process improvements across global teams.
The role encompasses Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration, with focus on delivering measurable business outcomes while supporting adoption
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge.
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with platform integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
