Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to act as the liaison among business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and translate them into epics and user stories.

In a fully remote role, you will drive automation, process improvements, UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support, coordinating with global teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum)
• Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge
• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms
• 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with platform integrations
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related systems
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation, and user adoption initiatives
• Perform business validation testing for releases and deployments
• Lead end-to-end process design, prioritization, and KPI alignment
