Competenze
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations and enterprise systems.
Mansioni
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and integrations.
- Provide system administration for Salesforce environments and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with IT, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
