Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define the roadmap, and drive platform improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while supporting data integrity, security, and adoption across ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and Salesforce administration.
• Strong Salesforce configuration, data modeling, automation, security, and platform configuration experience.
• Experience partnering with developers, architects, integration specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the roadmap.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead UAT planning, release validation, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
