Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs and drive process improvements across the platform. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while managing requirements, UAT, and deployments.
Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, roadmap communication, and cross-team collaboration for automation and platform enhancements that improve customer, partner, and employee
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum).
- Advanced Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering, design, UAT, and deployments.
- Ability to influence prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with platform integrations (e.g., Power BI, ArrowSphere).
Responsabilités
- Own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs and define roadmap.
- Gather requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and reviews with stakeholders.
- Drive automation and process improvements across platforms.
- Provide admin and integration support for Salesforce environments.
