Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce-based process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. You will own backlogs, translate business needs into epics and stories, and lead agile ceremonies across teams to deliver scalable solutions.

In this role you collaborate with business leaders, manage integrations, and ensure production readiness while optimizing customer, partner, and employee experiences. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.
