Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce and related platforms. You will own the product backlog, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and guide cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies.

Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platforms or equivalent.
- Experience in product ownership, business analysis or related roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
Responsabilidades
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive platform adoption and identify automation opportunities across Salesforce and related systems.
