Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and stories, and drive automation initiatives across the CRM ecosystem.

Formación

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience with platform integrations and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, release validation, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Provide system administration across Salesforce environments and integrations.
• Support release planning, deployment validation, and production readiness.
