Arrow Electronics seeks a skilled Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs, gather requirements, and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews, while partnering with leaders to identify automation opportunities

Formación

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
