Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce solutions. You will own the Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive automation and efficiencies across platforms.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, manage UAT and release validations, and support ongoing platform adoption. A strong background in Salesforce administration and product ownership is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or BPM.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other apps.
• Provide day-to-day admin for Salesforce environments, including declarative solutions and data governance.
• Lead end-to-end process design, discovery discussions, UAT, release validation, and post-deployment support.
