Job summary

Overjet is seeking a proactive GTM Operations Specialist to keep our Revenue Operations underpinnings fast, clean, and scalable. You’ll own Salesforce-driven processes, triage deal desk questions, and drive durable fixes across tools like CPQ and Gong.

Remote role, 9-5 PST availability, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance. You should have 2+ years in a systems analyst or GTM tech role, hands-on Salesforce experience, and a willingness to experiment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; hands-on experience ok.
• 2+ years in systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM tech in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GTM stack health: triage deal desk questions and access across Salesforce.
• Identify recurring issues; implement durable fixes and document them.
• Lead GTM systems projects from intake to launch with minimal specs.
• Maintain Salesforce as source of truth; data hygiene and SOPs.
