Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support the systems architecture behind our growing go-to-market organization. You will be the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools, troubleshooting issues, managing access, and elevating cross-functional work to Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience with Salesforce fundamentals.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration in a professional environment.
• Ability to triage competing requests, stay organized in a fast-changing GTM context.
• Experience with GTM planning or systems-change cycles and following a project plan.
• Familiarity with agile/sprint workflows and tools like Asana.
• Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack: Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay.
• Strong communication and collaboration to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and discreet with sensitive business information and contracts.
• Nice to have GovTech/public-sector or complex SaaS experience; Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to team needs and support business outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Triage competing requests, assess urgency and impact.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish issues from guidance needs.
• Balance quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months.
• Ask why behind requirements and apply lessons to the next request or project.
• Develop understanding of how GTM teams operate and the importance of change management.
• Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion.
