Job summary

CompanyCam, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the systems that power our go-to-market organization.

You’ll own the day-to-day health of our core GTM platforms, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving them while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. You’ll focus on system reliability, data integrity, and user enablement, ensuring our GTM tech stack stays aligned with business objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn system data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement tools) for high availability and performance.
• Execute updates, configurations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity.
• Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data exports for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface insights from data.
• Provide user support and resolve system-related inquiries.
• Create onboarding and training materials for GTM system users.
• Gather user feedback to improve usability and adoption.
• Align GTM systems with business goals and workflows.
• Contribute to roadmap planning with technical insights.
