Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst for a contract engagement focused on go-to-market systems built on Salesforce. You will partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and manage a backlog of enhancements and fixes.

The role requires deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, strong BA practices, and comfort working in Agile teams alongside developers. Prior experience with Zuora or NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, independently.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud supporting go-to-market or sales operations processes.
• Strong command of core BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and testing.
• Experience in Agile teams alongside Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Clear, confident communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfort operating in a changing environment with a backlog of priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to understand needs and translate into clear requirements.
• Own and manage a backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes; prioritize what's important.
• Lead analysis on small to medium go-to-market projects from discovery through delivery.
• Write well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria for development.
• Map and document end-to-end business processes across opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Plan and run testing including test cases and user acceptance testing.
