Job summary

Peregrine Technologies in New York, NY seeks a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind the growing go-to-market organization. You will be the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools, troubleshoot issues, manage access, and drive enhancements.

You will contribute to a sprint-based GTM systems roadmap, run recurring data-governance tasks, and spot opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience with strong Salesforce fundamentals.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized.
• Experience supporting or executing GTM planning or systems-change cycles.
• Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana.
• Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack and AI/enrichment tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay).

Responsibilities

• Respond to team needs and take timely action to support business outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders; involve senior teammates when needed.
• Triage competing requests, assess urgency and impact, and stay organized in a fast-changing environment.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish systems issues from user guidance or process gaps.
• Balance quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months.
• Ask why behind requirements, seek feedback, and apply lessons to future work.
• Develop understanding of how GTM teams operate and why change management matters.
• Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion.
