Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, translate business requirements into epics and user stories, and lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership.

You will drive automation opportunities, ensure platform adoption, manage releases and governance, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and backlog grooming.
Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and UAT activities.
Manage platform support, release validations, and user adoption initiatives.
