Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and optimize onboarding and ongoing training across inside, field, and contractor sales teams. You will manage the LMS (Articulate 360), develop scalable training frameworks, and coach frontline leaders to drive measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate degree preferred in a related field; HS diploma required.
• Valid driver's license; DMV check required.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• 3–5 years in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching with program ownership.
• Experience supporting inside and outside sales, including contractor teams.
• Proven ability to own and improve training programs in a fast growth environment.
• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating onboarding content and instructional materials.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Articulate 360, and data/reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and continuous improvement of sales training programs across channels.
• Identify performance gaps and design scalable training solutions.
• Align training with campaigns, promotions, and GTM priorities.
• Track and report training effectiveness and business impact.
• Set objectives and priorities for training initiatives.
• Manage timelines, resources, and cross-channel delivery.
• Maintain centralized training records and data accuracy.
• Design onboarding for inside, field, and contractor teams.
• Deliver blended learning experiences and coaching in the field.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Ops for alignment.
• Develop a train-the-trainer model for scale and coaching in the field.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
