Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and continually improve our sales training infrastructure across inside, field, and contractor teams. You will oversee onboarding programs, manage the Articulate 360 LMS, and scale training frameworks that empower performance.

You will coach sales reps and frontline leaders, ensuring core selling skills align with our messaging and customer experience standards, while partnering with Sales, Operations, and HR for program

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and teleconferencing applications.
• Experience with Salesforce and LMS platforms; ability to use data/reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and ongoing management of sales training programs across inside, field (D2D), and contractor channels.
• Design onboarding and advanced selling programs; develop scalable training content and playbooks.
• Facilitate coaching, track training effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales campaigns and customer experience standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to prioritize and deliver training initiatives.
