Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and continuously improve our sales training infrastructure across inside, field (D2D), and contractor teams. You will manage onboarding, oversee the LMS (Articulate 360), and scale training frameworks including train-the-trainer models to drive consistent performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education preferred
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Valid driver's license required and DMV verification
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites and flexible schedule including evenings and overnight
• 3–5 years in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles with training ownership
• Experience training both inside and outside sales, including contractor teams
• Ability to own, manage, and improve training programs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience creating structured training content, onboarding programs, and instructional materials
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS (Articulate 360 preferred), and reporting dashboards

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and ongoing management of sales training programs
• Identify performance gaps and develop scalable training solutions
• Align training with campaigns and go-to-market priorities
• Track, measure, and report training effectiveness and business impact
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for cross-channel consistency
• Maintain centralized storage of training records and data accuracy
• Design onboarding, skills development, and advanced selling curricula
• Deliver blended learning experiences and coach frontline teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations
• Travel to regional markets to support launches and coaching
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and training needs
• Provide ongoing coaching and train-the-trainer enablement
• Establish KPIs and report on program performance
• Communicate progress and opportunities to stakeholders
