Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and enhance training across inside and field sales, including contractor teams. You will manage onboarding, LMS platforms, and scalable training frameworks, coaching frontline teams, and partnering with Sales, Operations and partner teams to drive measurable improvements in sales performance and customer experience. Travel 25–50% with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and facilitation experience.
• Experience designing onboarding and training content.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve sales training programs across inside, field, and contractor teams.
• Develop onboarding, onboarding, and advanced selling curricula.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to align campaigns and training priorities.
• Track training effectiveness and report on business impact.
• Lead train‑the‑trainer initiatives to extend coaching in the field.
