Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to develop a long-term career in insurance sales. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working remotely from anywhere in the continental United States.

In this developmental role, you’ll learn underwriting concepts, broker relationships, and the sales process alongside seasoned professionals, with progression into a full Sales Representative position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsabilités

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business with experienced reps.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and discuss underwriting with brokers.
• Support sales team with prospect outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to grow knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to pursue new opportunities.
• Progress through training to advance into a Sales Representative role.
