Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This development role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you learn the business from the ground up.

The candidate can work fully remote from anywhere in the continental United States. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build consultative sales skills, review proposals, and coordinate with brokers and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations.
• Support sales with prospect/broker outreach, meeting coordination and pipeline management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners and potential clients to gain sales exposure.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Progress through a structured training program aimed at advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
