The position is fully remote within the continental United States, with a structured training program that progresses toward a full Sales Representative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support sales team with outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up, and account management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program toward a full Sales Representative role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field
