Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing remote sales team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, with a clear path to advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales team with outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, business owners, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded health plans through training and on‑the‑job experience.
