Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training and mentorship to build a long-term career in insurance sales, with exposure to underwriting and broker relationships.

The candidate will work with experienced professionals, gain experience across the sales cycle, and participate in training programs designed to prepare for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Progress through a structured training program to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
