Job summary

Moyer Move Management is seeking a Sales Support Manager to be the glue that links sales, operations, and the client experience. This fully remote role runs 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, with occasional in-person team gatherings.

You will support back-office workflow from estimate to move day and manage communications with clients, partners, and vendors. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales office management or administrative support.
• Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office workflow for client jobs from estimate through move day and account settlement, documenting progress in Smart Moving
• Coordinate move-day logistics — permits, reservations, and other details — alongside the operations team
• Manage internal communications and coordinate with team members to execute client jobs
• Collaborate with third-party partners to meet partnership expectations and maintain positive relationships
• Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for assigned Sales and Account Managers
• Field incoming calls and voicemails — general inquiries, leads, and existing clients — and ensure timely, well-documented follow-up on customer questions and concerns
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and community partners, and help keep back-office procedures up to date
