Job summary

Moyer Move Management is seeking a Sales Support Manager for a fully remote role, with occasional in-person team gatherings. You will glue together sales, operations, and client experience, handling back-office workflows and coordinating move-day logistics from estimate to settlement.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while supporting sales and account managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales office management, administrative support, or an assistant role.
• Strong planning skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; first point of contact for clients and partners.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems like Smart Moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office workflow for client jobs from estimate through move day and account settlement, documenting progress in Smart Moving
• Coordinate move-day logistics — permits, reservations, and other details — alongside the operations team
• Manage internal communications and coordinate with team members to execute client jobs
• Collaborate with third-party partners to meet partnership expectations and maintain positive relationships
• Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for assigned Sales and Account Managers
• Field incoming calls and voicemails — general inquiries, leads, and existing clients — and ensure timely, well-documented follow-up on customer questions and concerns
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and community partners, and help keep back-office procedures up to date
