MoveSmart Rentals seeks a Sales Manager to lead our remote Account Manager team. You will coach across time zones, manage inbound owner leads, and drive demos, follow-ups, and sign-ups to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

You’ll review CRM activity, run 1:1s, and develop coaching plans, using AI tools to enhance reporting and results. If you have 8+ years in sales, 4+ years managing remote teams, and a data-driven mindset, you’ll fit well in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total sales experience.
• 4+ years sales management with proven performance improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team.
• Experience leading 8–15+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote Account Manager team to hit targets.
• Drive daily sales cadence: demos, follow-ups, pipeline movement.
• Review calls, transcripts, and performance reports.
• Conduct 1:1s, coaching, and pipeline reviews.
• Ensure accountability for follow-ups and CRM discipline.
• Assist in candidate evaluation and hiring.
• Leverage AI tools for coaching and reporting.
