Bellhop is seeking a Sales Manager to own the day-to-day performance of a remote, onshore and offshore sales team. You will coach agents handling inbound leads and outbound follow-up for local and long-distance moves, build scripts and cadences, and determine the right team size to hit performance standards.

This hands-on role emphasizes daily discipline: call monitoring, script adherence, and rapid follow-up, aimed at maximizing conversion and efficiency across the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing remote/offshore sales or call-center teams.
• Proven ability to improve conversion in phone/text-based sales.
• Strong understanding of funnel-based selling and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a remote/offshore sales team handling inbound leads and outbound follow-up.
• Determine optimal agent size and structure to meet performance standards.
• Build and sharpen sales scripts and cadence for high-velocity selling.
• Set outreach cadence and follow-up discipline across CRM, calling, and texting platforms.
• Conduct daily quality monitoring and 1:1 coaching; translate observations into improvements.
• Own lead hygiene in the CRM and ensure proper lead status and follow-up.
• Track team performance and funnel metrics; identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to improve lead quality and the booking flow.
