Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with 3 years of account and channel management experience in commercial construction.
• High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of account and channel management experience in commercial construction and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the designated sales quota in the defined territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to drive growth initiatives and programs for ISD Building Protection portfolios.
• Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership.
• Collaborate with 3M's Key Accounts Team to drive growth with key end-user customers.
• Manage your opportunity pipeline and conduct strategic planning for new opportunities and periodic business reviews.
