3M is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products to drive growth across the North TX & OK territory. The role requires partnering with local channels, developing end-user customers, and delivering market insights to portfolio managers and leadership.

You will manage opportunities, plan strategically, and meet a defined sales quota in a remote-based territory. A company vehicle is provided, with relocation assistance possible and eligibility for benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of Account and Channel Management experience in the commercial construction industry.
• High School Diploma/GED and ten years of Account and Channel Management experience in the commercial construction industry and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed designated sales quota in your defined territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies and programs.
• Develop end-user customers and application processes to drive growth of the ISD Building Protection portfolios (Fire Barrier, Air Barrier and Moisture Barrier).
• Provide key market and customer insights to ISD Building Protection portfolios managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership.
