3M is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products, remote-based within GA, TN, AL. You will drive sales in the territory and collaborate with local channels to grow the ISD Building Protection portfolios, including Fire Barrier, Air Barrier and Moisture Barrier.

Required are a degree and 3+ years in account/channel management in commercial construction, plus a valid driver’s license. Relocation may be authorized and a company vehicle is provided where applicable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in Account and Channel Management in commercial construction.
• Alternate: High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years in Account and Channel Management in commercial construction.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling.
• Experience developing and managing key end user accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed designated sales quota in the defined territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives and programs.
• Develop end-user customers and applications to grow ISD Building Protection portfolios.
• Provide market and customer insights to managers, marketing and leadership.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts Team to drive growth in end-user customers.
