Job summary

3M is seeking an End User Sales Representative to expand our OEM/Specialty product line across the US market. You will partner with distributors, end users and internal teams to drive growth in your territory and promote 3M solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of field sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 40%. You’ll leverage social selling, demonstrate products, and mentor peers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed before start date.
• 3 years of field/channel sales experience in private/public/government or military.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in an assigned territory for OEM/Specialty in Electrical Markets.
• Promote 3M products to end users and distributors and train customers.
• Plan territory activities and manage time/resources effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to peers when needed.
• Report market conditions, competitors and product performance to supervisor.
