Job summary

3M is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products in the United States. You will drive sales within your territory, meet or exceed quotas, and collaborate with local channel teams to grow end-user accounts and application processes in ISD Building Protection portfolios.

You will develop market insights, work with Key Accounts, manage your opportunity pipeline, and participate in strategic planning and regular reviews to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of account and channel management in commercial construction in private, public, government or military environment.
• Alternative pathway: HS diploma plus 10 years of account and channel management in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed designated sales quota in the defined sales territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies and programs.
• Develop end-user customers and application processes to drive Growth of ISD Building Protection portfolios (Fire Barrier, Air Barrier and Moisture Barrier).
• Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts Team to drive growth through end-user customers.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and conduct strategic planning and regular business reviews.
