Job summary

3M is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products to drive growth and exceed quotas within a remote-based territory across GA, TN, and AL. You will collaborate with local channels, develop end-user accounts, and deliver system-selling for ISD Building Protection portfolios, including Fire, Air and Moisture Barriers.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales quota in the defined territory
Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives and programs
Develop end-user customers and application processes to drive growth of ISD Building Protection portfolios
Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing and leadership
Collaborate with Key Accounts Team to drive growth with key end user customers
Manage pipeline and conduct strategic planning and reviews for key markets
