Job summary

3M is seeking an End User Sales Representative to drive growth in the OEM/Specialty division of the Electrical Markets. You will manage a territory, work with distributors, end users, and internal teams to promote 3M products and solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years in field/channel sales, and a valid driver's license, with potential remote work within the United States and a travel percentage of up to 40%. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, completed and verified prior to start.
• Three (3) years of field/channel sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment, including experience in Electrical/OEM.
• Current, valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Establishing and achieving objectives in your assigned territory and meeting quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Driving sales and marketing activities by applying 3M’s brand and value propositions to maximize revenue.
• Coordinating and planning territory activities to support coverage and communications.
• Exhibiting leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers and mentoring other sales representatives when needed.
• Continuously developing skills related to the market, products, and selling techniques.
