Job summary

3M is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products in the GA territory. You will drive growth by meeting sales quotas, partnering with local channels, and developing end-user customers for ISD Building Protection portfolios.

Remote-based within GA/region; includes company vehicle and field travel as needed. You will analyze market needs, share insights with portfolio managers and leadership, and collaborate with 3M’s Key Accounts Team to expand opportunities and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and three years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with ten years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota in defined territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to drive growth initiatives, strategies, and programs.
• Develop end-user customers and application processes to grow ISD Building Protection portfolios.
• Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership.
• Collaborate with 3M’s Key Accounts Team to drive growth with end user customers.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and conduct strategic planning for new opportunities and reviews.
