• Support knowledge transfer with global services and document solution strategy activities.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs with up-to-date market practices.
• Represent Hyland at trade shows, conferences, and events and share learnings with the team.
• Collaborate with sales, services, and technical teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales process.
