Responsabilidades

• Assist with standard customer engagements and prepare demos.
• Present proposed solutions to key stakeholders and align with tech needs.
• Coordinate with global services for knowledge transfer and document activity.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs.
• Represent Hyland at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with sales, services, and technical teams to ensure smooth pre-sales.
