Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise software pre-sales.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to other sales solution engineers on standard customer engagements — participate in pre-sales meetings to determine technical requirements and locate standard demonstration materials.
• Assist with presenting proposed solutions to key stakeholders — support validation and buy-in while ensuring demonstrations meet customer needs.
• Participate in meetings with global services to ensure effective knowledge transfer — create internal documentation reflecting solution strategy.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs — stay current on best practices and market trends to deliver compelling responses.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events — represent Hyland and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, and technical teams — support a seamless pre-sales process and positive customer experience.
