Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to combine client-facing insurance sales with coaching for the team. You’ll meet with business owners and employees, present solutions, and help teammates grow.

Remote/Hybrid role with weekly draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. You’ll build a book of business, mentor new members, and collaborate with management to set attainable goals for the team.

Qualifications

• Able to present to groups and individuals.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willingness to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+ employees).
• Build and maintain a book of business.
