Job summary
Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to blend client insurance consultations with mentoring teammates. You will present health and life insurance options to business owners and employees, conduct both individual and group presentations, and grow a book of business.
The role emphasizes patient, reliable service and collaboration. Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a remote/hybrid
Qualifications
- Experience in health and life insurance sales.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Patient, reliable, service-oriented.
- License in Health & Life or willingness to obtain (reimbursement provided).
Responsibilities
- Present insurance solutions to owners, managers, and employees.
- Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+).
- Build and maintain a book of business.
- Coach and support new team members.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with management to set goals and support team success.
