Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to present insurance solutions to clients while mentoring teammates. The role emphasizes patient, reliable, and service-oriented individuals who can coach others and drive growth.

The position offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work. Location options include Remote/Hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates while selling to clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+ employees).
• Build and maintain a book of business.
• Guide and support new team members, helping them develop their skills.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success.
