Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to manage client insurance conversations and mentor teammates. This role blends hands-on sales with coaching to help the team grow and succeed.

You will meet with business owners and employees, conduct presentations, build a book of business, and support new team members. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 per year with draw, commissions, bonuses, and license reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided)
• Calm, supportive, patient, and able to guide others
• Reliable, collaborative, and focused on steady progress

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+ employees)
• Build and maintain a book of business
• Guide and support new team members in developing their skills
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships
• Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success
