Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to ensure our sales systems and processes operate efficiently, enabling the global sales organization to pursue opportunities. You will govern CRM data and incentive payouts, manage training plans, and support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.

The role includes overseeing SIP payouts, validation of compensation data, and collaboration with HR and leadership to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 / TL 9000 quality standards and records retention policies.
• Proven ability to track incentive schedules, audit win criteria, and manage complex trackers.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and roles for CRM modules across the Sales org.
• Review CRM opportunities for Closed/Won with required documentation.
• Oversee quarterly SIP schedule, payout timelines, and documentation.
• Generate and audit quarterly Compensation Tracker Reports from CRM data.
• Coordinate training assessments and annual Sales Training Plan within budget.
• Support HR with Sales MBO achievement data validation.
• Lead end-of-month reporting: Forecast Wins, Live Funnel, Win/Loss, and system loads.
