Celestica in the United States seeks a Sales Operations Manager to ensure sales systems and processes run efficiently across the global team. You will oversee CRM data integrity, incentive plan payouts, and training programs for ATS and CCS teams.

This role is an individual contributor with governance, reporting, quota planning, and system optimization responsibilities in Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, with remote flexibility and occasional travel to support leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Experience tracking incentive schedules, auditing sales criteria, and managing complex spreadsheet trackers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage user access requests for the Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module.
• Review and validate CRM opportunities moving to Closed/Won against required documentation.
• Manage the quarterly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) schedule and payout timelines.
• Generate, audit, and maintain quarterly Compensation Tracker Reports.
