Job summary

Elemica, Inc is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to optimize forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM discipline for a global sales organization. This fully remote role prioritizes candidates in Eastern and Central time zones and focuses on data-driven decision support across Sales, Finance and HR.

You will lead forecasting, reporting, incentive compensation administration, and sales process improvements, partnering with leadership to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related role.
• Experience supporting international sales teams or enterprise software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly cycles, track variance and prepare reports for leadership.
• Maintain CRM data quality and update opportunity stages and forecasts.
• Create dashboards for bookings, pipeline, quota attainment, and productivity.
• Support annual and in‑year planning, territory and quota allocation.
• Model and validate sales incentive plans and compensation inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Finance, HR and Legal on processes and handoffs.
• Drive process improvements and CRM adoption across sales teams.
