Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and delivering insights that boost performance and efficiency in a fast-growing software environment.

You will build dashboards, manage CRM data, support forecasting, and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to drive strategic decisions and improve reporting accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field or equivalent working experience.
• 3-5 years experience working in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field, at least 2+ within a SaaS organization.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Update weekly and monthly pipeline, bookings and key metrics reports; analyze trends and opportunities; develop dashboards and reports on sales performance metrics; support forecasting.
