OVHcloud seeks an experienced Sales Operations professional to support reporting, forecasting, and revenue analytics. You will collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and Marketing to ensure accurate revenue data, strong forecasting processes, and compelling sales insights across the organization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional work, data quality governance in Salesforce, and alignment with Go-To-Market teams to optimize revenue operations and reporting outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM for sales tracking and reporting.
• Working knowledge of billing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
• Ability to support accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales operations with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements.
• Ensure revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate data for leadership.
• Manage Salesforce data quality and reporting readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enable sales and campaigns alignment.
• Lead the pipeline forecasting process with inputs and updates.
• Analyze forecasts vs. budget and forecast; prepare trend reports.
• Support deal desk processes and coordination with stakeholders.
